Huh, interesting – usually when we’ve had these issues in the past, it could be random tables in random tourneys depending on what server it’s on. Thanks for pointing that out; passing along the details!

We’re getting some reports of table slowness from some players. Our tech team is currently investigating and I’ll have an update for you soon!
EDIT: The site is now quite sluggish for most players, and we’re working on a fix. So sorry for the interruption! We’ll get things back to normal shortly.

This is my slow down it took me about 15 mins to get online and I came to community forums and I can’t get back to play poker I’m getting the same message when I try and leave here.

Same here. The site came back up for me momentarily but getting the same 502 Server Error message again.

Things are back down again while we work on getting everything back to normal.

Site is working for me. Able to connect to table and play in the World Cup Satellite tournament.

The site is back and tables should be operating normally again! Knock on wood I’m not too hasty to report it this time. 
I’m sorry for the interruption, but I really appreciate your patience while we got things working again. Please do let me know if you notice any further issues with your tables. Note that stats may be missing for a short period before they recover.

We’re currently experiencing some site outages that may be related to Google Cloud. Because this is a Google issue, we have to wait on them to resolve it. We expect things to be back up soon. I’m very sorry for any trouble you may experience in the meantime!

We received the following update from Google:
“The issue with Google Cloud Load balancers returning 502s should be resolved for majority of users and we expect a full resolution in the near future.”
It looks like our site is operating normally again, so all should be well now, but we’ll update you if we notice anything else come up! Thank you so much for being patient while this issue was resolved.

Riiiight! Here we go again. as soon as we all figure out the algorithm idiosyncrasies you just go ahead and freeze and take the chips anyway…

For some time now, we’re experiencing tables that freeze up and need to be rebooted.
It happens on average once per tournament.
This is something that, at first, was no big deal.
Now, it continues on and on with no real updates from Replay.
It happened just now.
It’s getting to the point where there is real disappointment it hasn’t
been fixed.
It is no exaggeration; it happens every tournament.
When I mention it in the chat box, the players always answer, yes it happened to me too.
Think about it, we’re staring at the screen not realizing it froze up.
Then it dawns on us we need to refresh.
Over and over…
Day after day.
Makes one seriously think about cutting back on the fun of Replay when it’s not so fun anymore.
f5 has become a hourly thing.

Maybe I was very lucky tonight, but the first night I have not had 1 table freeze in 6 hrs’!!! Has anyone seen a table freeze today?

Warning: This might be a long overstated post, but stay with me - this is a forum and it’s important that us Player reps communicate the word of silent or language-barriered voices…well-educated play-money poker Players …Paying customers/fish ? Jk. 
Yes @Litenin This week I’ve dealt with the table freezing/disconnection in some pretty insane spots. Ex: Raising preflop out of position late in a tournament when blinds have ballooned, and then being frozen/disconnected when I’m ready to bet/call on following streets. Action timers are short, making table action quick, and just like that I’ve lost momentum after an hour and a half of donk-dodging, table image gets fried (changing dynamics of future hands), and then saying something in the chat box is useless because of how often people state these claims.
I love Replay poker for many reasons, and I’m not going anywhere , but it’s a little disheartening when I see that this thread started in 2018.
My technical guess, despite all that’s already been said, is that this is all a risk/reward result of the “No Download Poker” aspect (very convenient feature II might add) combined with the evolution of multi-functional browsers competing to do it all( along with AI).
Now you have countless browser settings that compete with my desktop computer’s countless settings, resource devouring applications like Spotify and Norton Security, and never-ending driver updates. So, I end up playing on my phone. No freezing, but very limiting. Earlier I was multi-tabling with my current smartphone, and 2 old ones from the junk drawer! Where there’s a will, there is always a way.
I conclude by acknowledging that Replay has been doing all that they can during this Casino.org transition (a bigger move than one would think), without having to do multiple site shutdowns. I only request, in the meantime , that we be given easy, structured, step-by-step instructions for each major browser on how we can minimize/avoid these keyboard-tossing mishaps. Maybe include a short video?
I’m aware that this has been done to before to an extent, and might be a bad look for new and incoming players but the tilted energy within the current community is a little worrisome. Replay has created a one-of-kind social atmosphere, amidst MASSIVE technological and social change, that is global and I don’t believe will ever be matched among play money sites. Ever. In that, I remain faithful.
