While playing a free roll tournament any action, ie click, on anything was useless. The table was dead. No updates. Frozen solid. Waited a minute hoping it wasn’t a server glitch and I wouldn’t miss to many hands.
Had to go back to the tourney lobby and find myself on the players list to get back into the game.
This was not the first time. Very annoying, especially when getting close to being in the money or making the final table. Or when I have AA in the pocket and I can’t place a bet.
BTW this wasn’t the fist time it has happened, it occurs about two or three times a week when I’m playing.
Other than this I give ReplayPoker five stars, five Quacks and eggs.
The table freezes are happening everyday now,both tournaments and ring tables.
This has been going on for years now and it is very frustrating. I only play an hour or two now because of this and i don’t understand why the techs here can’t fix it after all this time and all of these complaints!
This is the best site out there and that is the ONLY reson i keep coming back.
Yes these glitches have been going on for a while. The majority of the time, when I realize that I am locked, I check the timer line below the avatars. If this is not there I enter F5, or in my case with HP ctrl F5, this reboots the table in just a few seconds. This has worked about 90% of the time. If not it has been my system or wifi issue. Hope this helps.
I usually keep the lobby open to the right and the table to the left. The lobby usually has the play now button showing, and when frozen I hit play now. Most of the time it uploads the current table. Not saying it’s perfect but another option as f5 does not work for me.
In all honesty, one can only stare daily for so long
at a frozen screen.
Then you have to ask yourself one question, " Is this insanity worth it? "
If I was RP, I’d be working 24/7 to get the site back to where it was working well enough before.
As it is now, RP has us all F5ing till the cows come home.
Think of it this way, F5 usage has been skyrocketing.
Before, it was used once every few months.
So, I’m thinking for my own sanity, for each F5 press from now on, one month off from Replay.
I’ll come back in a months’ time, then if another F5 press is needed, another month off.
They need to fix this…

I had yesterday a big reconnect problem. I lost in this time 100k or 150k on table. What i can find on forum: The HTML version of Replay and the freezes came at the same day, i think it was 5 or 6 years ago.
What I do when I encounter this problem, is close the tournament table, then go back to tournament lobby, then go back to tournament table by clicking on the link in lobby that opens tournament table. That always solves the problem.
I dont play the cash ring games, but I think the process would be similar, etc. Just close the table, and then click to open the table, go back to the table, that should probably cause it to work again, just like it does with the tournament tables.
f5 will refresh the table and get you back up ( for a hand or two)
Just adding my voice to the chorus. It’s REALLY bad lately (by “lately” I mean for the past month plus). I have to constantly check if my table is frozen and manually refresh. I miss hands, sometimes at a critical stage of a tournament. I know it’s not my internet as other pages load just as fast as always.
Maybe it’s something to do with the Casino.com merger? Is Replay gradually switching servers or something? If anyone in BOH has any insight into the recent rash of connectivity issues, even knowing why it’s happening would make me feel better about the frustrating experience

normally ill keep minding that refresh at the first sign of trouble

Please send us an email at support@replaypoker.com with information such as Hand ID, table ID, etc, so we can pass them on to our Tech Team for further investigation. We’re informed that we haven’t had any site-wide issues, so it will be very helpful if you can provide as much details as you can.
Happens to me at least once every tourney I play. I have to “x” out and reload the table from the lobby. The last time it auto folded on me an AK suited before I could get back in fully.
This has been occurring for at least the last 4+ years. Btw, a major revision was made a little over 4 years ago.

It is really irritating and especially when you are close to the money or have strong hands like AA and can’t make a move. It is happened to me a few times a week and it is definitely annoying. Despite these hiccups I still think ReplayPoker is great overall so I am giving it five stars and five Quacks and eggs.

busted out of 500k MTT today after getting timed out with AQs. The buttons were all grey as soon as it was my turn to act. By the time I refreshed the page, I had been folded RIP
Sorry to hear of your experience, my friend. I would contact support@replaypoker.com and request a tourney fee refund. I think we all should do the same with as many details as possable. Support is very good about addressing this and fair is fair:)
