You click bet or check and nothing happens. The screen just freezes and you time out.
Happens for a few minutes every hour or so.
Very annoying

Hit f5 works sometimes or delete. Probably need to do major scan. Clear all bugs, gl

I’m pretty sure it’s not my computer. At times other people at the table have confirmed they are experiencing the same problem.

It’s been happening regularly recently, but it saved my *** the other night. I was playing while under the influence of alcohol (I rarely drink, so my tolerance is very low). There were 4 spades on the table and I had a two of spades, but I also had ace of clubs. I shoved after the river, thinking I had the ace of spades, but it wouldn’t let me bet. Thank you!

Was happening in Frozen Comet tournament between about 11:00-11:10pm. Confirmed by another player at the table.

Having a lot of problems with the site lobby this morning. Page is unresponsive. Sometimes showing a different table to the one I am trying to register in.Trying 2 different browsers, Firefox and Chrome. Same results. Page will not scroll. Community and other sites are fine. Had to un-register and log off because I cannot trust the table response. Will try again later.

This is a separate problem. The lobby is very slow to load and often shows stale or otherwise incorrect information. The SnG lobby is especially bad. But this has been an issue for as long as I’ve been playing here regularly. The table freezing during play is something new within the last few weeks.

I agree very frustrating and i can’t figure out why they can’t fix it.
Maybe they need to hire more qualified tech people…just saying.
Everyday this happens and plenty of times when i have a very good hand and what is worse the folds my hand before i get a chance to bet…OH WELL nothing is perfect…PLAY ON and try to stay positive!

If you still encounter any issues, please write to support@replaypoker.com and include the table id and table name and the kind of issue you’re encountering so I can pass them on to our Tech Team.

I don’t believe it is my cache,i clear it everyday…this is a site issue and it needs to be addressed asap,
people will will quit coming or playing much because of frustration…

I haven’t played a lot recently, but on the few games I played, have noticed lag. I missed several hands completely. No issues with my PC elsewhere.

Just got kicked off…notice said why not play now, would not reconnect to replay for several minutes, then when reconnected would not show game was playing. Should have still had about 1500 chips and binds were about 200. Lots of lag time and sitting out episodes lately.

That may have been me! Unbelievably frustrating … ESPECIALLY in Frozen Comet right? I’ve been clicking the “buttons” much more than making real-time decisions and running out the clock.
I am actually going to defend Replay, in that I undestand how these systems all work …
o Your PC needs to have the right amount of memory and other up-to-date features (mine does not)
o Your network (like Verizon and Comcast) can be heavily over-burdened at certain times of day or have an outage - which slows things down.
o The Poker Site. I’ve found Replay to have much better response times than all the other sites, and I think it’s due to graphics (or my memory processing). Their performance turns out to be very consistent. There is one site that I can’t even play a 9-hand round due to the delays.
That’s my take. So after that 1st painful lesson, I don’t join Frozen Comet unless response times are going really great that night.
Can’t wait to upgrade my computer.
