Stuck in Limbo at a Poker Table

Hello, Replay.

I’m right in the middle of a game (Astral - Pegasus, Tourney ID#: 7413155), and the game is stuck. And it’s not just me; EVERYONE is stuck in the same game. What happened?

Also, can we get our chips back? Other games seem to be working fine, but this tournament is in limbo. Would like a little help, please. Couldn’t find a “Contact Us” page that would provide an email to contact Replay Poker…

Thanks for letting us know about being in limbo — sorry for this interruption. Kristine over in support alerted our tech team to the issue and they’re working on fixing these stuck tables so you can get back to your games.

If your MTT game is canceled RP will usually do the right thing and return your buy-ins in past similar cases. The Ring games are usually out of luck (no pun intended).

No consideration for the time investment, or the state of the game when it started freezing?

Dude, it’s free poker, not Bruno Mars leaving the stage in a huff after two songs when you paid through the nose for a good seat.

My time is valuable.

Maybe stop wasting it on a free poker site then?

What value were you going to gain from your time investment if the site hadn’t frozen?

In this particular situation, there was seven people left. Larger MTT.
Since the game was already past the bubble, why not pay out the prize based on your position when the game froze.

You said it yourself. It’s free poker, so it’s not like they’re losing money paying out any prizes. Especially in that tournament.
If I spend 2 hours playing a tournament , and get nothing for it after I’ve already gone through the bubble.
It can be frustrating.

Oh, for sure. And yeah, given that there will always be problems like this, Replay should have a better way of compensating players in place, but refunding buy-ins is what we’ve got.
Your initial post just seemed overly dramatic, because if you think this is frustrating, I’ve got some real bad news for you about the game you’ve decided to play.

Hey, Fizzy is great and has always been treating events like this fairly. I’d be surprised if she hasn’t already reached out to everyone affected on the status of RP’s resolution.
I hope you apologize after she does her thing.

I found the Zendesk submission section, and sent my request there. Everything was resolved, and we were able to complete the game.
