I’ve been getting the same message for several days now, playing MTT’s.
It comes up about every hand or two, has had no effect on my game except it distracts me a bit.
Good to know it’s not just me.
The continuous resync has reduced the table freezes tremendously, even though a few still happen. It does slow play down during resync, but I rather slow game a bit than have continuous refreshes. Hopefully the info/data will assist in a permenant solution from the tech team.
please get rid of the message. so annoying
I was seeing that message also but haven’t seen it for a few days, It didn’t affect my game any.
update: Ok so I played tonight and seen that message a lot. My game was a bit slow at times but not sure if it’s related to the error or not
I initially wanted to write a small complain regarding this message right now. My games are slowing down while this message appears lately. When i play 2 tables, even if this message is shown only on 1 table both tables lag for a second at the same time. But i forgot about the freezing thing u mention here. That indeed didnt happen to me for long time. So the lagging is def better than the freezing
Yes I am getting the same message also. Then I see on the little green flag it says “Be dealt the” Ace of Spades". What’s that about ?

The green flag tells you about your missions for the day
It’s their op system issue that they haven’t bothered to correct. They reckon it’s a connection issue on your side. But, it’s not. It’s in their software and the freezing, disconnect/ reconnect is an issue with their server not with yours.
The other problem is the system gives one player 13-15 seconds to decide but when it’s your turn it gives you 1 second.
Close the table and Reload on your game link in the foyer to get back into the game for a shortwhile before it happens again. Absolute f…nuisance that kills enjoyment of playing.tournaments.

That message still pops up sometimes when I’m playing tourney’s, have noticed lately that that is the time I seem to get a bit of a lag, some days worse than others. It always says failed to sync game updates. retrying…
Never seen that message.
I’ve seen that message and actually have had fewer freezes. I thought support might be tracking the freeze issue. It seems to resolve on its own for me.
The connection problem is not on this end. It has slowed game play down but i do not get or did i ever get froze up or anything else except annoyed by the popup.

Perhaps it’s a combination of the server and my weak internet?
It does seem to cause a bit of a lag.
Last tourney I played sometimes the message would pop in and out 5/6 times just in one hand, sometimes once or twice.

I get this too : Failed to sync game updates. Retrying… It happens on two different devices. cache cleared fast computers. High speed internet.
I try to ignore it, but it pulls your head out of the game. We might need the action, but we don’t need the message, it serves no purpose at all that I can see.
Thats what I thought at first but realized later if the message didn’t turn off, I must refresh screen asap to continue play as the table was froze.
