Standard cbet in position on a board that shouldn’t hit either player’s range too hard.
Turn check behind certainly makes my hand look pretty face up, but I don’t want to bloat the pot or reopen the action with no pair and no draw.
Flush comes in on the river, but I kinda doubt bluerunner would pass up an opportunity to seize the initiative if he’d picked up equity on the turn. So check-check turn makes me feel like the heart isn’t super relevant.
1/2 pot is a kind of funky ”value” size here anyway; what is he trying to get to call, and what is he representing?
Plus he’d shown a couple bluffs tonight already. I don’t call rivers too often with A high, but this seemed like as good a spot as any to give the ol’ hero a try 
Nice Hero bluff catch! I have played Blue Runner and he can be quite semi selectively extremely aggressive, semi bluffy at times, especially against players like you Younguru. Other factors include that you have Q of hearts semi blocker, making a flush less likely, and AQ, AK can be a semi ok bluff catch on boards that don’t likely hit the ranges of opponent, if opponent doesnt have a pocket. A2 type A high are not good bluff catchers, so your Q kicker is semi ok enough. I think your right that Blue Runner would have bet the turn if he had anything, unless he slowplays, but Blue Runner is probably a good enough player to not be slowplaying on that board. And Blue Runner is probably the type to bet his draws quite aggressively, altho he can mix it up and flat call occasionally. And altho Blue Runner can be on draw, made river flush, its just enough less likely combined with your Q of hearts, that he doesn’t have a flush.
I think it’s about 59% to 63%/37% Hero Call/Fold. But this is a very read specific, player knowledge hero call, and anybody not making this read, and anybody that doesn’t know Blue Runner and how he plays, should probably not make this hero call and fold.
Definitely a good, advanced play, based on good read, and good player knowledge.

About 50/50 call/fold, that I make that call too, but might fold as well, depending on situation.
