Well I think Replay deserves kudos for the way they handled this outage, quickly fixed, the “sorry” 50K free ticket, sometimes the site can be frustrating, NOT this time.

Nice to get a ticket. But i got my 2 on Monday won tickets not. 23 hours to late now, and nowhere an answer.
Yes the constant supposedly sync issues is annoying. Its the .org they are using now its been problematic for years the .org

All the time happening to me. Replay states it is my internet connection but that’s nonsense. Frustrating for sure and the problem lays on Replay’s side

Every single day there’s a problem with the site freezing, lagging, etc and it doesn’t matter what measures you take to rectify it, its just ongoing!
The 100k refund was nice but I would’ve preferred a refund for the 2.5M tournament that I was unable to finish. Granted the chips do not really matter to me, but I imagine there must be a few other players in similar positions who are still quietly frustrated. I appreciate the response from Replay but there should be a more robust/automated system for such cases.

Getting this message up pretty much for the past few hours. If its not that its ‘wait’ or ‘exit page’ and site is frozen. Same thing happened yesterday.
