Website having problems

I’m dealing with the same kind of problem.

Hi everybody, today I’m having difficulties for the first time, page doesn’t load well and I get a pop up often which says: “Page doesn’t react”. I’ve never experienced this before.
I deleted all my browser history cookies etc. But still sometimes it freezes and then the same pop up “page doesn’t react” Poker lobby, very strange while I’m writing this I still keep testing the website, sometimes it works well and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m not having any issues with other websites. Today it’s the 10th of June 2025. Anyone else has the same issue today?

The log in problems are not resolved.

I now have an extensive playlist library, and I think this is one which is now appropriate to ask.

Thanks for the reports – passing these on and I or someone from my team will have an update once it’s fixed.

I think I might have the solution thanks to Replay Poker support member Kristine.
I was using the browser Google Chrome, which I always prefer to use, she asked me to try it with another browser, which I did, I used the Microsoft Edge browser and suddenly like magic everything was running smoothly again, great advice by Kristine, all the credits to her. So I want to share this with all of you who are still facing some issues, try another internet browser, in my case using the Microsoft Edge browser was helping and it was the solution, I could play again, no lagging no freezing, Until now everything works fine again. I hope this might help the people in the community. Kind regards!

Thanks for the info for everyone!! That may explain why I haven’t seen any of these issues as I always use the Brave Browser. We indeed have a Great Support Team!!

Appears my Daily Bonus is being granted to me at a different time now which started yesterday and may be related to the Website problems. Previously, it was granted when I first logged in each time of the day.

Did the time zone change for me?

Every time I try to get into a table it pulls up a window with this and doesnt load the table. I tried another account and that worked so maybe its something with my account

Hey all, I announced this in another thread, but our tech team has made an adjustment. Please tell us if there has been no change for you so I can let them know. @smooth99 not sure if the bonus time change is related, but let us know if you notice any other weirdness. I’m out for a week beginning tomorrow, but my team will be monitoring.

Sorry to say the length of time to sign in, to sign in to the lobby, then to sign in to a table, then actually join the table, has not got any better. Wish I could be more positive! On the plus side, I have not experienced any problems when actually playing, if this helps!
