The same thing happened to me. How do we reach out to get our chips back?
Contact Support with Game MTT, Time, Date and request a refund. They’ll sort it out for you.

That reply would make more sense if you explained how to do it…
On the “Dashboard” Page, top ribbon, to the left of your "Bank, is a ? in a white circle - Click that; Replay Poker Support Popup appears; Bottom of PopUp is “Contact Support” - Click Contact Support; Enter information needed and click “Send Message”.

I read where Ash aka fizzymint said they were going thru everything so if anyone misses something they will just take care of it. I think it was on the other thread but I would submit anyway.
