I can’t get the password for the daily prize or the freeroll tournament to work. Seems like this was added without any actual testing, this is broken.

I just put in the code in the ‘Redeem Promo Code’ and got this

I believe we can only use the code once a day, to be sure I did put the code in again and got this :

I noticed the 12/2/23 promo ticket was added to my list. I’m uncertain if it’s a correction by Staff (thank you??) or just a delayed reaction.

@River_Runner Try with no cap’s tomorrow, the first try and let us know if it works my friend. Works for me:) Please try noel or whatever the code is the first try & wait 2 - 3 hrs to see if shows up in account.

I wrote too soon. Lol! I just tried to register in tonight’s 7 Stud H/L because of the interest shown in another thread and my registration will not accept the Ticket.

The daily promo code rewards are chips, not tickets. If you had a existing ticket or 7.5K. wonder if it had a late registration & if so did you make it before closed?

As I recall the 12/2/23 promo was a 7.5k Ticket which I was unable to activate. Please see my post 28 for the screen shot. And, I usually try to register at least 5 minutes before tourneys.

Hi all! Happy to see all the interest in Santa’s Christmas Festival! Hopefully these instructions help out a bit with the confusion:

  • Promo codes change every day and are valid for 24 hours only from 00:01hrs till 23:59hrs ET (Eastern Time).
  • Promo codes can be found in our promotions page. There is a dedicated promo page named 'SCF 2023 - Daily Treat 12/05’ (the date changes daily). All you need to do is click on that page and that’s where the daily promo code is shared. There is also a banner in our dashboard carousel which takes you directly to the promo code page of the day:

IMPORTANT: Please note that promo pages are currently enabled / disabled manually by our staff, so there might be a slight delay and the new daily promo page might not go live till 02:00-03:00am ET (instead of 00:00ET). We are working to automize this so bear with us in the meantime.

  • Promo codes can only be redeemed once . If you try to redeem them more than once, it will only work the first time.
  • The treats redeemable via promo codes change every day, so depending on the day you might receive free chips, tournament tickets, etc.
  • PRO TIP: the only way to avoid missing out on any of the treats we have in store for you is to login every day!

Staff checks the promo code daily, and we’re able to see the amount of players redeeming these each day, so the codes do work. Please try the above method and that should solve any issues. :pray:

Promo code Noel did not work for me either yesterday; Will check for new code today ; :pinched_fingers:

Here’s what’s working for me: Copy & paste the promo code into the box, but instead of clicking “apply” press the enter key on my laptop.
Not sure why the apply button doesn’t work for me, but if you’re running into problems, give the enter key a try.

I do believe, the promo code has worked from day one now. Think the original problem was Day 1, which was a ticket. And go to bank page to see it, but if you have several tickets and use the often, you may not notice you have one added. When you go to bank page for promo chips, it will be in transactions. Thanks Replay for the Great Perk for us all!!!

I haven’t been able to redeem any promo codes. I have tried no caps, first letter capped, copy and paste- nothing works. Any suggestions?
