I received it, yes.

And today got the ticket too, so it’s working ok on my end.

i can’t find the promo code…when i lick on promo nothing appears?

Click on the banner on the Dashboard

New page opens, then follow the instructions there

On the Dashboard page, the Promotions area changes with 5 different promotions rotating in sequence, for me the Daily Promo is the 3rd dot, in the middle. You can access it that way if it helps.

Yeah, promo code isn’t working for me either. Keep getting “the promo code is not active” message.

I think the problem maybe its posted as Reindeer with capital R and once put in promo cant do it again. I did the same yesterday with Santa and didn’t work lost 10 K. I thought about the community freerolls and Replay never uses Caps in passwords. Today I used no cap’s and worked fine :slight_smile: suppport@replaypoker.com please check this theory and correct spelling if needed, Thanks and gl to all at the tables

I was wondering what the promo code for 12/3 is when I got to promotions it is still showing 12/2’s promo code even though it is after midnight

It came 2.5 hours after day change again.
I made only copy and paste on promo and bank page to add the promo code.

For the third day in a row, I get the message “Promo code does not exist” or “Promo code not active.”
I’ve copied and pasted the code with the same results.
I emailed for help and the staff was prompt in making sure I got the rewards promised for the first two days, but I don’t know why the code isn’t working when I try to use it.
I’ve disabled my ad blocker for the site and that didn’t help.
I really don’t want to have to email the staff every day for the next month, anybody got a solution?

Maybe try to type in the promo code rather than copy & paste. That works for me.

I’ve tried both ways, neither works so far, but thanks for the suggestion.

edit: Well this is interesting. This time, instead of entering the code then pressing the “apply” button, I entered the code then hit “enter” on my keyboard, and it worked, I got the reward.
Another mystery from the dawn of time, but that’s all it took.
Maybe my experience will help others having the same problem. I guess on some systems that’s how one has to redeem the promo.

I tried it both with and without a capital R and neither worked. My 12/3/23 entry worked, it seems to be a hit or miss.

All I can tell you is the first day I typed Santa, didn’t work, then afterward santa didn’t work. Day 2 & 3 I used all lower case letters first & both worked. @Tiandra , can you please answer, are we only allowed to use one promo code per day?

I played today the first marathon finale of the day at 2:15 am ET. I looked while playing for the new promo page and password for this day, and it came at 2:30 am ET. I used then copy and paste to copy the password to bank page, and it worked, I had my 3k chips moments later.
4 hours later I got a message, a friend didn’t know the link to the daily password. I sent it and it helped and worked without problems. ‘Thanks Poki. You are a true friend’.
I think it works only some hours, and not around the clock. Can be only 12 instead of 24 hours. Something is wrong in the App. And the daily page for the new password comes 2.5 hours after day change, too late. I think on Monday is Team back and can look.
We are Beta testers.
