I forgot and did not do todays code when I usually do it so I tried just now and its not working, shouldnât it still be working? when I put todays code in Tinsel it says the promo code is not active

and @2centsworth . Yes it should work has worked for me from day 1. The first try probably worked for you but you may not see it if itâs a ticket, which I believe it was. It wonât show up in chips in transactions, but will in tickets held, if you remember how many you had before apply the code. Hope this helps

Iâve received the other days. I wonder if it has to do with the weekend Saturday and Sunday. It doesnât appear Support Staff is working or has noticed it.

Originally, I thought it was not working, then found the prize flashes and should be present a little longer. Because some of the prizes are tickets, that donât show up in chips won. Therefore one must know how many tickets they had before getting ticket prize to see one added. If you try to use the promo code after you have received the prize, which is a ticket, you will see The Promo code is not active

So sorry @smooth99 @_Buttercup , Have no idea why codes not working for Yâall. Feel bad been working for me everyday.
The daily gift codes saying not active has been a daily pain problem. I am beyond frustrated and even though this is a free site, to not be able to receive the same âgiftsâ and perks as other players is turning me off from the site. Daily having to contact support does not resolve the issue nor should it be a resolution to the issue.

It might be the hours listed: (âRemember, this promo code will be valid for today only from 03:00hrs till 23:59hrs ET.â) are actually U.K. hours. I have noticed on the U.S. east coast if I apply later than 10pm U.S. e.s.t. the promo wonât work at least for me. It also doesnât work for me when I CCP the code instead of typing it in. Something to considerâŚ

Just to let you all know, the promo code today does not work if you copy and paste. Type in Elf without the exclamation mark and it will then be valid!

I found if you use the next days code late after 12:00PM you wonât see it accepted it, unless you refresh home page screen
