Do you have a hand ID where you saw this happen?

@lihiue Sorry to contradict you. Lowest high card is the best low and 7 high beats 8 high.

Chase is correct of course.

    • When comparing low hands, you start with the highest card and work your way down.
    • The lower the highest card, the better the low hand.

Now, let’s analyze the hands.

Hey, now worries. I was going to write that it’s the hand that would lose if we weren’t looking for a low, but that gets confusing with the Ace in there, apparently even to me.

I agree with your and LiteBrite’s reasoning of course, my brain just got stuck reading left to right so I ended up with the wrong answer anyway.
