Happens constantly. I will get A,2, 4,5,6. Another player will have 2,3,5, 6,7. I lose and that player wins. So frustrating I had to search out these forums in an attempt to say something about it. Does this happen to anyone else? Or is there some secret rule I’m missing. I’m not confused about it. The game says I have the low hand. But constantly somebody wins it exactly as I describe.
Any thoughts?
The secret rule can be:
You have to use 2 of your Holecards, and 3 cards from table. Many times have players problems, see something wrong because this.

No, Im not confused about that. I understand how it works. Even above the cards it says I have A,2,4,5,6… and the other player wins with 2,4,5,6,7. A,2 in my hand, 4,5,6 on the table. , The game is outright wrong. Maybe next time I can provide a Game # for somebody to look at. But as it is.. I should have won that hand. And it happens frequently. But only on the low hand , never on the high. Thanks for reading.

My thought is to master the game first by simply practicing every day.
Eventually, all these mysterious ways of losing will become crystal clear.

For low hand the lowest high card is the determiner. His 7 is lower than your 8.
low hand works from highest card on down .

so in this case 76643 is correct low hand, since 7 is lower than your 8

looks to me like you are getting it in the shorts u have the winner top and bottom with ace and six doesnt matter whats in the middle and if there are no pairs u should have high as well with the ace
