Website having problems

Thank you for adjusting it. My main concern was notifying someone that this is suddenly occurring. I wasn’t aware the Tech team was already working on it.

I figured @Litenin had something to do with it. I guess I should apologize to him about this, one of these days.

Yep-re-play will tell us try this n that etc.. so many problems for so long n it is NOT on our end..

According to my chips transactions list, I’ve lost my streak too. On June 30th I was awarded 156 days in a row. On July 1st I did not get a bonus. Today (July 3rd) my transactions show only 2 days in a row. I played quite a bit on the 1st.

Yep, happened to me too, I’m now on Day 3 despite not missing a day since Nov 9th last year (I know the date I was on holiday and forgot). It’s not really the chips, it’s the loss of the 100k weekly ticket that annoys me.

Use the (?) in the upper right of most screens and explain what has happened. I bet you’ll be helped.
