I was born in 1958.
I started playing poker when I was about 17/18 years old, but I very rarely played and when I did, it was for matches, or a few cents.
Since I came across Replay Poker by chance in 2016, I’ve been playing online poker regularly.
But really only here.
In 2019, I didn’t feel like playing anymore and deliberately played my way down from about 4.5 million chips to 0 chips.
But about a quarter later, I started playing again here on RP.
And yes, by now I’m retired.
Start the wonderful game of poker at age 30. I learned from friends. Today I play an average of 4 to 5 hours daily.

Happy 18th birthday, I started playing when I was 56. I saw it once in the casino and liked it. But had no idea that you could also play it on your computer, I found out by chance and since then I have loved it. And you also meet nice people. So thank you so much for the opportunity to play with you.

I remember playing my first poker at the age of 7 at my grandfather’s funeral. It was 5 card draw and I remember getting a royal flush, but I was too excited and no one would call my bet.
I then didn’t really play poker until I was in my 60s…I was into other games.
I started watching poker onling and started playing slowly…
My Grandfather taught me how to play poker at the age of seven. He was an outstanding player as well as a card room owner in his later years. He bought a two story house for cash in 1948 after a big win at the tables.
I was 5 when I started helping my dad’s friends at the poker table with drinks and snacks and started playing poker and pinochle with family members at age 9. Played cards at least once a week until those twin smells (gasoline and perfume) got to me at 16 then started poker, hearts and bridge again in college. I still enjoy the hell out of card playing now at 70.

When I was about 6 years old, our parents would teach us games. Bingo, Monopoly and all kinds of card games. We learned Gin Rummy, Canasta and the varied kinds of Poker, thanks to my Dad, who was a 23 year Army Vietnam Vet and I can only imagine where he learned it. Have always enjoyed playing and have played online since the first poker games were created. Thank you Replay, for a great site.
I’m 84 years old, I started playing poker when I was 12 in my hometown.
