Tables haven’t been able to load for more than 3 hours.
There’s been occasional issues on the site previously but never anything even close to the loading problems ever on Replay as there are tonight.
My wife is just suspiciously smiling when I tell her.
I think she’s hacked my laptop!!
Be assured Replay always refunds any chips lost due to technical difficulties. Please be patient and as soon as the technical experts are able to sort the problem then the site will be back to normal.
What usually happens is that the refunds are automatic and all people who have entered will receive a refund, and I am sure this will be the case here. However, please be patient as the numbers involved are huge and it will take a day or two to process, but be assured no one will lose chips over this!
Meanwhile all the ring tables are running normally, so if anyone wants a game, give them a whirl!
I’ve noticed that as of today. Also a few new UI bugs have popped up in the last little while. Including a very annoying one where when you join a new table, when the next hand starts all the sounds from the previous hand overlap and play at the same time at full volume. Also the “lag” is happening much more frequently in the last few days. This site is going downhill very fast.
Just throwing this in here, i had this issue not long ago(with in the last hour) on some low stakes ring games, slowly got worse on one Duck Pond table. went to another and with in a minute or two, the whole table locked up for roughly 5+ minutes
I’ve been on and off replay since 2013, and this is the first time i saw it ever get this bad, and so consistently through out the week. tonight’s issue was the worst one so far.
Best of luck to the Devs, I’m sure they’re aware. just wanted to +1 this.
If you go through the list and still continue to have problems, please reply back with the request information at the bottom of that article and we can investigate a bit further.
Replay why would you ask me to do that - when i sent screen shots and also chat that is very clear its not just me
I just want honesty - if there is issues with servers or whatever it is then please say we are aware and trying to fix - that is then fine. It happens but as you can see more frequent and as your customers please do not tell us do some checks
