Site freezing regularly

In the last week I experienced a few periods of brief lag. Actions were delayed several seconds but not so long that a timeout was triggered. Other than this it’s been fine since late December.

This GOT to stop, i just had a set on flop and FROZEN out again ewwwwwwwwwwww, please fix as it is way worse since awww new design:(.

Okay! I was able to play in the Dreamers game last night with just a little freezing. Today I still had to refresh to accept my free chips. Then I played in the Royal game. It froze a few times. It is difficult to chat or look at other things while playing. The freezing is worse. Some hands just flew on the table and no one saw who won or what the hands were. Do I dare say it is better because I at least made it to the end of the game. I can do that. I look forward to sitting down after it is all fixed. I know you are trying. Thanks

Truth-I just had only one card lmao, then a card came floating to me after the bets lol:)

I just came on today and got FROZEN in the lobby…:). Only place i do not have problems is here, on forum:(

My lobby frozen after login with only 20 games showing is standard these days. Then comes a battle to get the page to refresh correctly (without refreezing). The really weird one is when the lobby screen comes back with games in a completely jumbled sequence. How anything in the browser on my end can change the format of a page coming from RP is well outside my 40 years of programing experience.
You are right about it being just the Lobby link that is a problem. All the other header links work fine.

Was having a good day. Just a few freeze spots, then I just got in the American dream tournament and froze like a snowman. It keeps sitting me out… I have been able to get my free chips for 2 days without refreshing. Something about these lobby games.

Had a couple of freezes in yesterday’s Hold’em Ring games, definitely wasn’t my connection.

Ok this is getting really annoying , I couldn’t even play in the league I run because of the table freezes , chat freezes , don’t see the flop till the turn , please put me back on the OLD LOOK .

Sharon, it is getting so bad and is not letting up. I don’t understand why Replay is not responding to our feedback they requested.

@fizzymint Are you listening to us??? My goodness, we are unable to bet, getting sat out. Table is freezing on us. Sometimes we don’t even see the hand until it is over and I still don’t see it sometimes. There are buttons we can’t push. I can’t even get the daily bonus window to “X” out. Those of us on the new so called format are at a disadvantage and Replay is doing NOTHING about it!!! Not even a response to our feedback and concerns.

Thank you Kate! As always, you are one person we can count on to listen to our concerns. To say the least, it is very frustrating.

Hopefully, they will listen to you as they have not listened to us letting them know there are major issues causing delay in our game and a frustrating experience on Replay.

I had the last week the old style and no problems here, no freezes, nothing. I can not understand the problems what the peoples write here. I played ring and MTT.
But while reading here I started the poker site and what do I see? I have now the “New Look” too. It looks like Replay rolled out this freezing update today to all players.

Just logged in with a new look. Now will probably have troubles. New look is so large a blind person would not need braille. Any troubles I am GONE.
