Right now Iām playing 5k sitngo qith two other guys, but we are stuck in the middle of the hand, we cannot do anything and the timer still runs.
Can someone help me?

Ich hab mir das jetzt 2 Wochen hier angeschaut, was ihr Betreiber hier abliefert ist echt lƤcherlich um nicht zu sagen eine bodenlose Frechheit, ein Lag lƶst den anderen ab. Aber das kennt man ja Kohle wird kassiert aber Server aus der Steinzeit laufen lassen. Und wie man an den BeitrƤgen sieht ist es euch ja scheiĆegal was hier geschrieben wird, passiert ja wohl seit Monaten nichts.
Ergo kƶnnen sich andere verarschen lassen, ich bin wieder weg hier. Was gibts Pokerseiten.
Wenn man zufriedene Kunden haben will, sollte man auch hier und da mal was leisten, dann bleiben sie einem auch treu.

The original message is from August and itās Dec 8th and itās still messed up. Lost several critical hands because it didnāt accept my bet in timeā¦ I posted immediately when it was my turn. I donāt wait til the last second. I play on other sites and this is the only one thatās a problem. Itās not me, i have a gigabyte connection.

Surprisingly, I havenāt experienced site freezing for some time. Thatās partly explained by the fact that I play significantly less often. However, it is commonplace (an everyday occurrence) for this community forum to not load.
A significant area of improvement seems to be table information. It would be quicker to show a screenshot.
The information on the right accurately reflects the information on the left. For a very long time, this was frequently not the case. I would click on a ring game, because on the right it showed an empty seat, but there were in fact no empty seats (i.e., the information on the right lagged behind). If that has been fixed, thatās great.

Played a 2K sit n go and the lagging is still terrible and people getting sat out. Nothing has changed.

This has happened to me, more often on my 10 year old phone than on my pc. At one point I was commenting on the subject in the live chat and then without asking I was refunded some chips.
I canāt say for sure, but I suspect that Replay will refund chips if you can document the hand number etc.
I have never lost much or asked for a chip refund but can understand your frustration if you play on the big boysā tables and had a significant loss.

Happened again today. I called a hand and the lag was so bad that it sat me out with trips. So frustrating

is just amazing. ace jack flop comes jack jack 6, lets me bet until the last card and of course i press call and it sits me out. either there is cheating or its just plain luck that at this time it decides, out of this particular time in space, to sit me out. AMAZING

Seriously Iāve tried to be patient but I canāt do this anymore. Iāve been playing all afternoon, rings and tournaments and it seems this lag is site wide. Iām going to check in daily for my bonus (why not since itās part of ranking) but as much as I hate to I will be looking elsewhere for some poker fun. Good luck to all, especially in beating the lag.

Try playing before 12pm EST or after 7pm EST. I donāt know why itās time specific but the performance is usually fine outside this window.
