Q8d in early game
PF : strong enough to iso?
Flop: should I cbet, but the board is drawy so i should less bet mid hands normally
Turn : i think i can start value here, against the raise i decided to fold the bro seems pretty nit but i didnt know him a lot before this hand so i am not sure.

HU 10BB deep, the GTO like to raise this hand 4BB 49.5% of the time but i decided to check here (47% in the theory so seems ok), but i am very bad in HU i am very mainly a 5max cash game player
Flop : i have a lot of equity so i dont want to be x/raise
Turn : same
River : i have the nuts but is my sizing good?

The other hand were fairly easy to play i think, but you can check if u want I don’t really have the discipline at the moment

PF: it’s a BTN limp-first-in, can probably profitably iso with any 2 cards. add at least 1bb for OOP; 3x is laying the BTN too attractive odds, I would iso at least 4.5x here. Was watching a coaching session yesterday and got the nice reminder: “if none of villain’s range is folding to your bet, chances are it was a bad bet.” I would argue that is the case with your size - villain should probably have 0 hands that limp BTN and then fold to SB 3x.
Flop: this reasoning seems backwards; the board is draw-heavy so we should be betting MORE of our mid value (we will get paid by worse as there are so many hands that aren’t yet made, but want to continue for a reasonable size).
Turn: the fact that you have to fold to a sizable raise here is the main reason I would just check. A lot of the hands you were beating have now improved, and the rest have a ton of outs. It will be really tough to realize your equity on the river OOP. Feels like you played flop/turn backwards, checking when you were more likely to be ahead, and betting on a bad card range vs. range once you were more likely to be behind.

This is actually pretty interesting. I am still too sleepy to analyze this hand as I think we need to get more granular with it.
I think your line is reasonable. I’m actually more interested in Bodie’s side of things. @donkbusta444 I think you might have butchered this one bro
nah u a playa but you got too sneaky with the QJ on this one I think
for Q8d my feeling was he bets a lot of his draw at the flop, but why fold against the raise if i think he has no strong hand ? idk tbh
Sure, play your reads, by all means. If you think he’s weak, do what you gotta do XD
You said you didn’t know villain, so I responded with the default line, which I think is mostly to fold to the large raise on this turn, for the reasons stated above (even if he is bluffing, he is likely using hands that have a lot of equity).

If a player is limping off 2bb, they are likely extremely risk averse. I would shove turn with any 2 cards after the flop goes check-check, just imagining I have way more fold equity than I “should.”
I muck AK in the bb and raise 3 9 off heads up
@Dudamoti I thought you played a really great game throughout, you applied the pressure very well and you dug yourself out of a few holes too. Game got really frustrating for me I got so card dead especially in my BBs and you took full advantage.
