What are some preflop strategies or patterns to follow and how far in a raise would you follow it?
I would suggest changing it up----slow play, raise big pars or suited connectors etc…ppl. love raising on small pars ( you will hit a set on the flop only 12.5% of the time-i out of 8 times ) so i just call a small par ( unless big raise and i go out )…The reason i say change things up, ppl. get reads on your play as i see MANY ppl. play the same way ( here and cash games ) and you want to make it harder to play against you…Good luck

But have had great sucsess recently with all in preflop1st better only! with AK. However you need to, determine when to use that as you can bust out very quick also

Practice makes perfect ( ok, good lol ) and just start out at the pond ( do NOT let bingo players disturb you ) and play and watch and have patience and fun and nothing to lose–good luck.
