Poker Game Preference

There are various forms of Poker and I certainly do not know how to play them all. The question is which poker games do you like and which ones do you not like and why. I can say that Omaha is the one I least understand, but am trying to learn.

I like many forms of poker, but not Royal. Americans don’t do Royal anything.

I hate Razz, but have done quite well with that game.

I do like all forms of Omaha, stud, and, of course, no limit fold’em.

I’m just a straight up no limit Texas holdem kind of girl.
All though , I do like 5 card stud…don’t think they have that on here.

I like them all except Royal and Razzmatazz

I’m game for any good strategy-based poker. Been playing 5-card draw 40 years and Hold’em for about 37. I also like Omaha, Razz, 7-stud, and, when I really want a change, Badugi. Here I’m primarily Hold’em and occasionally Omaha H/L.

I have never played Royal and do not intend to. Seems too luck-based. Similar to pinochle poker or poker with half the deck wild.

I’ve improved my Hold’em game over the years and have recently done better at Omaha Hi/Lo games. You’ll never guess how I improved my Omaha game. (Hint: It had a lot to do with studying the rules. lol)

This is a fun poker game I’m learning to play.

HIGH / LOW CHICAGO

This stud game can be played for the highest hand or the lowest. In High Chicago, the player with the highest spade face-down wins half the pot. In Low Chicago, the player with the lowest spade face-down wins half the pot. The other half of the pot is won by the player with the best hand. If someone, however, has the best hand and the winning spade (high or low, depending on version), that player will win the entire pot.
