Persistent 404s in some pages

Hi Everyone!

Our Tech Team deployed a fix for the 404 error, but we are still receiving reports from players. I have here some workaround while the issue is being worked on.

Scenario #1
404 error when opening a new tab or right click.
Please just do a regular click on the links to bypass the error.

Scenario #2
404 Error in SnG tournaments
The error appears when players click on Play Now button from the SnG lobby.

Please open the tournament lobby first, and click on Play Now button from there to open the table.

We’re so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, and rest assured that our Team is working on fixing these bugs. If you are encountering new issues, we highly recommend reaching out to support@replaypoker.com so we can investigate and fix the errors.

Thank you for your patience.

I still get that same error for MTTs when I get the pop up in the top right corner, so not just a sit and go problem

To my knowledge, that (MTT issue) is being addressed as well.

I cant afford to play… any 250 k buy inn games if I keep getting sit out… happen too me 3 times… in 250k tournament today… I have asked for a refund for that game… lost a good 10 min… loging out and back inn.

I totaly understand, I couldn’t either. Thanks for reporting to support@replaypoker.com , We have a great support team. As far as the table freeze issue’s go, I can only tell you Replay is working on a fix. Please continue to report any losses, due to a site issue. I have faith these issue’s will pass & I wish you vgl at the table’s.

(IMO)

Yes, it’s definitely a problem to get to one’s table this morning.

404 blocking the way.

The usual workaround didn’t work.

Kept trying and it took a record two minutes of frustration to get to the table.

What should be ONE simple click to arrive at the table, turns into two minutes of nonsense!!

The lobby was an issue with this, since I was looking to get there to find my table again.

This lobby issue is like taking two attempts to start a car.

The lobby shows only three lines of tournaments the first try.

Then it will eventually show them all the second try.

Can you imagine encountering the 404 problem, then the workaround doesn’t work,

then the lobby showing just three lines?

This was my first game of the day experience.

You’re right it’s an inconvenience and apologies are necessary.

In my mind, running any business, there’s a certain level of expectation when walking

through the door.

When business owners KNOW when they cannot REACH

that level of EXPECTATION, they usually CLOSE FOR RENOVATIONS.

Obviously, this will save your loyal customers from experiencing sub-par conditions.

It’s like a road that needs to be closed yet it remains open full of potholes to be hit.

We the players, continue to drive down this road and we again encountered plenty

of the same sub-par conditions.

These consistent distractions have broken the players focus numerous times.

Replay needs to “pave the way” to a better player experience!

Remember, hitting enough potholes, the car will eventually break down.

This bug has been fixed. Please let us know if you continue to have issues when joining these tournaments. Thank you!

I’ve experienced freezing today but no 404’s… an improvement!

Thanks for paving the way to an improved player experience!

Here is what I am seeing:

hitting the play now button for a ring game in the ring game main lobby results in a 404. The web address attached to that button is:

xxx.casino.org/quick_play/14103474

If you replace “casino.org” with replaypoker.com: https://xxx.replaypoker.com/quick_play/14103474"replaypoker.com"

OR…

if you add “replaypoker/”:
https://xxx.casino.org/replaypoker/quick_play/14103474

both will resolve to the correct page:
https://xxx.casino.org/replaypoker/play/table/14103474

I have seen three versions of web addresses since the transition:

  1. https://xxx.replaypoker.com/etc/etc… WORKS!
an address in this format (the pre-transition format) will resolve to a page with an address of: xxx.casino.org/replaypoker/etc/etc

  2. https://xxx.casino.org/replaypoker/etc/etc… WORKS!
This is what I suppose ALL the web addresses on the site are SUPPOSED to look like.

and finally:

  1. https://xxx.casino.org/etc/etc… 404
This address looks like it was changed incorrectly and is missing “replaypoker/” after “casino.org/” and results in the 404 error

I am seeing ALL THREE address formats concurrently on the site.

All the original links/addresses in the original format from pre transition work fine.

All the correctly formatted updated links/addresses work fine.

All the incorrectly formatted updated links are broken and result in the 404

I am wondering why the some of the original (all still working) links/addresses were changed and why some were not, AND, why only some of the newly changed links/addresses were done incorrectly.

Could you please try clearing your cache/cookies? I was able to reproduce this, but then a cookie clear had me going to the correct address in this situation. If you are still having problems in this specific circumstance, let me know what browser you are using and I’ll share it with tech. Thanks!

experience’s a lot of frozen games… but never seen 404 coad… but i log inn through face book…

A day later all seem to be fixed… no cookie clearing required
