Hello… I noticed the promotions page is missing. So without notice you guys have just decided to start charging for what you perceive as “extras”? I have been playing on this site since 2022 and have amassed a nice bankroll without paying for chips. As an 80yr old senior on SS I don’t have money for anything much and am struggling to pay for necessities. Playing poker online is my recreation. I have tickets for various amounts in my bank that I have accumulated over the last couple years. What are they going to be good for? It’s not fair that this site just switched from free to partially free without a heads up to those who already play here. An accommodation should be made where prior players will have the option to buy into these promotions if we wish. It’s only fair. I am really disappointed in Replay.

If still not working for you, I suggest clear your cache (cookies, browsing history) , exit Replay & reload. Hope this helps.
Sav just go to lobby and right next door it says promotions,just click on it

The Promo Codes are only available for specific events which are noted in different Promotions e.g., monthly Bust the Staff and the monthly Marathon series. Both have passed for this month.

It states starts Monday, April 21. I don’t know where you are located but the effective times listed in the Promotions are always based on USA ET.

Hi everybody…
Here is what really happened! I have an android phone and an Ipad. The display on the phone shows a drop down menu with the promotions…the Ipad does not and I was using the Ipad because I play tournaments on the larger screen.
I also discovered there is no app in the Playstore so I use the internet on my Samsung phone. The App Store on my IPad has a Replay Poker app but it won’t accept my credentials so I use the internet on it also.
So in typical 80yr old fashion, I reacted BEFORE doing any investigation. It took Replay staff (and I thanked them) and you guys to help me figure what was wrong.

replay has discontinued the mobile app. in my opinion it was very poorly designed and implemented. seemed like a rush job to me.
