Lovely cards, ugly flop, even worse turn. Note the chat. I got bluffed out hard. Did I overfold this?
Not after the turn but I would have pushed on flop. If someone calls a raise with the hands to hit that straight that is a horrible call and wont work consistently for them
you shouldn’t announce your fold cards until after the hand is over
Not exactly true. Once I fold and I’m out of the hand, you are right, but if I am still active in the hand, I can still talk. ; )
You aren’t allowed to disclose your cards whether you are in the hand still or not. You could talk about them one on one as you are folding but there were two other players in the hand. Try that in a casino. At best they will ban you
You probably will just get a warning unless you do this repeatedly after being told not to by staff. But you’re right about the point of decorum!
@napkin_holder you are overfolding, but against the pool I don’t think it’s a big mistake. You’re often beat here as played.
Good point about 3-handed, I was careless there, but I highly doubt that a casino would ban on one isolated incident. Warning, sure and very fair. To get a ban you have to make a habit of it.
