Did I play this hand well?
I had Tc9s.
Best boat on the flop, so I decided to try to hide it by checking.
Could I have got more value out of it?

Yes, I think you did as well as you could. Maybe you could have led the flop seeing as the limp pot was so small. You were T9o from SB so I don’t blame you for not opening large. If you were in the CO say, you would open that proper. Then you could have a bigger pot on the flop and would be easier to slow play.
Wow, he flopped a set AND was open-ended and he checked it back too. Two players trying to slow play each other.
You actually flop nuts. Well … I suppose if someone has 99 and hits another 9. Or someone has pocket pair and runner-runners quads. There’s no straight flush here at all.
The 7 on the turn could not have been a better card for you. 8x now pays you, and indeed that’s what Villain had. Of course you have to bet now. The pot is way too small for another checked street. Villain probably should have re-raised you 3x instead of 2x but I’m nitpicking. (not that you would care about his bet size at this point) He is ready to stack off and you are unbeatable.
Could you have gotten more in considering the other Villains in the hand? With a min bet on the flop maybe, but what, another 40? 60? 80 chips? Meh. Certainly your min bet on the turn folded everyone, so no you would not have gotten any more there.
If we flop nuts and we are able to find one Villain willing to stack off with us, we are happy every time. We’re not crying that we didn’t felt 3 at once. We count our lucky stars. Good job.
If you were facing a raise from the cutoff depending on if it was a Big raise or 3 bet, you should consider to fold 10 nine off suit. It’s not even a good bluffing hand. Bluffing hands would include Jack 4 suited 10 five suited 85 suited jack6 suited queen 5 off suit, etc. that is given you are playing a correct GTO range.
