Stop Hammer Time !!! 32 warriors ready to hammer the felt and test their skills. Who would Run like hell and finish in front of the rest. After 2 hours the bubble finally popped and two old school Nordic warriors ran together Joe and Rick heads up yet again. Chips going back and forth until the key hand 7 high straight and a to 5 low tilted the scales for @Excaliburns to take the win . @mrzick easily could have won as he had perfect timing and killer instincts. @maweilen had a cheering section and didnt let the fans down riffing to 3rd, Kevin @slader43 hammered and bet his way to 4th, and Mike @xNEMESISx was comfortably numb finishing 5th. Great game and on to round two.

Saturday night’s alright for fighting as the warriors fought it out is a civil and fun matter using texas holdem and chips as their weapons of choice. We chatted and joked and ripped it all in and watched the magic happen. In the end @FastMama was unstoppable as she kept everyone off balance with aggression belying the cute avatar, Wayne @WS66 showed off his dance moves as he danced up and down the leader board finishing 2nd, John @MrFish68 threw out his line and reeled in plenty of dinner for 3rd and Mike @xNEMESISx overcame a freezing cold seat to heat up the room with a flamethrower coming in 4th. Great night 4 more games until we crown a few new champions.

This was one of the best games yet. It was a fight to the finish. I was honored to even make the final table. Then I hung around with Trish and enjoyed the game and the banter, which was better than the game itself. See you all Tuesday night. Good Luck at the tables.

Nordic Warrior player appreciation games are this week; first game is open for registration.
Andy and I would like to thank all the warriors for participating in this great league.
We have had some great battles this quarter and will continue to battle until we reach the gates of Valhalla.
Each Of the four games this week will have 2,000,000 in chips added.
Final week player appreciation games will count on the leader board and if you win one, you will get a spot in the TOC WTA (Tournament of Champions Winner Take All)
TOC is a tournament for glory and an avatar labeling you the campion of champions!
TOC will be held in the first week of next quarter.
I would also like to thank Rob @Chasetheriver for everything he does for us.
A special thanks to Norris @_snowman for teaching me, bailing me out when things get tricky on some very complicated leader boards, they are works of art and support this and other leagues.

mc fought with some power plays and came in 2nd, FastMama stoped some heads and took 3rd, Whit played so good she left and still made it into the money for 4th!, DenaliD played solid all game finishing 5th!

Congrats to all the participants and winners!
As it is player appreciation week, this seems an appropriate time to express my appreciation for this league, its tireless organizers, and all the great players and great people who make it such a fun place to play.
My experience on Replay has improved so much since joining Nordic Warriors. Thank you ALL for making it so enjoyable to be here, and providing excellent competition that keeps me scratching my head day in and day out.

Two typos in my post last night, I meant to say FastMama stomped some heads and there were 38 players not 39, it would seem the move to casino has a few quirks including spellcheck randomly working on the forum and in the chat boxes during the games for me. Seems to be working everywhere else but here.

We at Nordic Warriors are proud to have you in our league, this league is comprised of players that want to be challenged. Whatever skill level you are, you will be challenged here. We maintain a polite and fun game. This quarter we have 87 active players.
Our growth is due to the right mix of players.
Allowing all players to play whenever they want with no requirements has worked out great.
There are no participation trophies here at Nordic Warriors, we would not insult you with those, you must be the best to get an award/medallion.
Even the vegetarians in this league are starting to eat meat. Odin is pleased!
