I would like to know why the Broadcast notifications show when I have players only chat checked off. Will this be removed ?

Just had my worst experience ever playing on Replay. Sitting in the Frozen comet game and nothing worked. Kept getting kicked out. Many times when it got around to me, the game just folded me the instant the player to my right made a bet. This HTML is just getting worse even though it has been over a month.

I’m guessing you have player chat disabled, if its off? So that would be dealer only? or IDK.
I would like an option to turn all notifications off. Its pointless & irritating if one has no interest in MTT. Very much like misdirected bad advertising.
Also customizable notifications for players that are actually interested in specific MTT games or even SnG games. I think that would be effective advertisement and not irritating plus get more bums on seats.
It seems to be getting worse instead of better. Last night in the 6k hi/lo…it not only kicked me out of the last 30 or so hands, it wasn’t even showing me my cards. Sometimes I got none…and sometimes 3 down cards, even on the big blind… I tried refreshing more than once, and nothing. I will send a message to support, but I feel I might as well be complaining to my Koi fish. Just makes me sad.
This is intended, but I’ve had a feature request on my list for some time that would allow you to go toggle broadcasts on/off in your settings, so they could be on or off everywhere. Not sure when this would be added, but I may be able to move it up, as it shouldn’t take as much work as some other suggestions comparatively.
@john17 and @cassandra21 - I looked at your accounts and see you both last logged into our site using the Firefox browser. Unfortunately, we’ve been running into some trouble optimizing our site for Firefox and don’t officially support it yet. Could you please use another browser, such as Google Chrome, to access the site for the time being?

Can someone explain to me what Google chrome is? Is it something I should have or do I have to purchase it? Don’t think I have it. 
Would I be better off going into Adobe?
Chrome is a browser like Firefox but is far more compatible with Replay. Simply google Chrome or go to your App Store and you will see the Chrome download. Hope this helps. Ps, no purchase is needed.

Not sure what an App store is…feeling very very old right now, but I’ll call my library when they open and have them walk me through it. (I see her cringing now…lol) She usually can help me download things. Thanks for the info… Life used to be so simple.
No worries at all! Please just click this link and then choose the big “Download Chrome” button in the middle:
Once your download is finished, you should see it in the bottom left of your Firefox browser. Click that again and it will take you through the steps to begin using it. You will use it to access Replay Poker the same way you did with Firefox. Take comfort: I had the same problem with Firefox. I “stepped out” with courage and right from my desk loaded (free) Chrome on my own. I don’t have any so-called apps or any phone that can handle apps. We’re in the same boat, Cassandra, but fizzymint is offering you the path! Be brave! You’ve got this!

“App” is short for application, which is software we used to call a “computer program.” An app store is where one goes to get such things.

Thanks JanCee…brave it is. I think I’ve done it. We’ll see how it works Seems like a lot of hoops to jump through, but I pushed through it. My husband used to say, “Cass, it’ll be a cold day in hell when you get dragged into the 21st century”, but I know he’s smiling at me now.

New SnG promotion running - still not removing players who sit out the entire time. Old tables removed them after level 3.

Similarly: Players that are not actually going to play i.e sat out the entire game shouldn’t be a “player” based on the fact they are not “playing.”
I’ve played 2 HU SnGs where the players were sat out the entire game and never joined in the first place. Whilst I’m happy to take their chips for free & the repeated click of the call button, I’m a little sympathetic that they don’t get to play, & give away their chip. I’m sure its mostly their fault.
The other point is Im here to play poker not waste time clicking a button repetitively for free chips.
If they dont join they shouldn’t play IMO. A ready button would be good. Might even get games started quicker. If everyone is ready we dont need to wait 45secs for no reason. Reduce it to 15secs.

I find them very annoying… I know when and where I want to play and often post something to a player in chat just to have it totally obliterated by a double broadcast before the player has a chance to read it, toggle switch … pretty please

Can’t see how much Villain is betting bc its hidden under community cards. It would be nice if I could see how much Villain is betting so I don’t need to wait until its my turn to decide what action I’ll take. It makes the process of playing online poker similar to actually playing live poker.
This has been an issue since I don’t know when. Could RP possible put it on the back-burner & think about fixing this one day? The new tables are so cramped & small. I’m not claustrophobic but…

A few people have commented on resizing tables and fonts.
Could fonts get scaled as tables are resized, and can we lock the the aspect ratio?
