I’m sorry for that , I have the same problem, I also have tickets I can’t use no more.
The table I show are the 'Christmas Marathon Grand Final Tables, which you can only enter when you won the ticket to the Final Tables in the Christmas Marathon week 2 games
Is it possible for you to look at my bank page and tell me what tickets are good and which are not? I have tickets that say they are good for 27 28 daays but can’t find a place to use them… 
I’m only showing one Hi/Lo game at 10. I’m not seeing any other Hi/Lo games.
Me too. I hope they can fix this soon. We worked hard to earn them and would hate to waste them
Your screen shot captures the problem. There is only 1 of 4 Omaha hi/lo grand finals available, and that one the 11:15 pm EST is not exactly an option on Christmas Eve. One has already passed and the 2 others are still not available. All the holdem tournaments are scheduled just fine.

Some of the most basic and simple things on this site just don’t work very well.
It is a shame and continues to be very disappointing.
The past mistakes should be addressed and not happen again, yet Replay continues to disappoint
many of their loyal players.
This time, Omaha Hi Lo players schedules lost clarity and 60M in chips!
The time involved earning tickets clearly isn’t respected.
One mishap should be expected but so many self-inflicted problems caused by no one at the helm
makes one wonder aloud!
C’mon Replay!

The initial positive vibes from this Christmas Marathon was encouraging and the site was humming
along. There was a feeling that the sites problems were being attended to and that’s all positive.
Why drop the ball now?

for some regions, it would be nice if the last hi/lo tournament also had a 6hour spacing?
For those of us that only play Hi/Lo … How is it possible there is only one final?
All week I kept hoping that the Hi/Lo finals would get the earlier time slots, since the Thanksgiving Marathon got them last time. To only have one final, well that never even occurred that they would do that. Very sad. Maybe they should change the winnings to 4x the amount!

I feel your pain, but honestly I am trying my best to find somone to sort this out. It is Christmas so am understanding the pressures this brings outside the site, but really am hoping there will be some sort of compensation in the way of these missing Omaha hi/lo games being played at a later date, as I know from playing them myself how much good spirit they engendered whilst the tournament was playing.

Thank you Tiandra. Now we have two finals running at the same time on Christmas morning, 5.15 am for Europe and 4.15 am for the UK.
Having spent two weeks earning my tickets for this wonderful event I am afraid that at 4.15am on Christmas morning I will be unable to play either, and certainly not both!
Having carefully planned my Christmas week allowing for playing two finals on Christmas Eve, namely 10.15am and 4.15pm UK time, I am so sad to be unable to take part with all the lovely people I met during this two weeks, and I was hoping we might be able to play the two tickets I had saved for the Omaha games at the European times at a later date.
Perhaps this might be considered (pretty please 
)
