For some time in tournaments with rebuys, and at least once out of 2, when the window opens and I approach my cursor to do my rebuy, the window closes, the rebuy button does not work and I automatically exit the tournament. I thought my cursor was too fast, I changed my settings, but it doesn’t work anymore. Some of my friends have told me that it happens to them too.
My ranking disappeared today. My chip count is still the same. Did I do that somehow?. Please advise how I can make it visible again…thanks, InEx

Do you remember what your hole cards in the hand were? I will investigate. As far as I know the Biggest Pots feature is working correctly

Hi jujube, from what I understand, when you click Check/Fold, you expect the option to last for the whole street?
As implemented, Check/Fold is a pre select option check box and it only performs your next action on the street, meaning when you check and someone bets after you, you have to select it again. We will look at making the initial click you make ‘stick’ and fold the second time the action gets to you.

The rebuy period closes way too fast sometimes – I’m sorry that it’s leading your tournaments to end when you want to stay in the game! We will be improving this experience so there’s consistent time to make your selection.

Your program kicks me out so much that i spend more time waiting than playing. Please make it friendlier and slow it down a bit. If i blink twice i’m seated. I spend more time seated than playing. You have no adjustments for this. Your program makes people angry instead of entertained.
When playing Stud in the ring format (non tournament) the dealer button, as well as one’s player’s picture covers the second and sometimes more cards dealt. One can not even see the suit of the card nor denomination of the card.
Please fix this, as am an avid fan that stud was introduced here.

This keeps happening … In 2 tourneys and got blown out of both !!!
And the Asian Showdown I got back in but the blinds ate my stack !!!
And I was playing a Ring Game Fire in the Hole Omaha Hi/Low 10k/20k and it happened in middle of hand and instead of Winning 400k or More I LOST 400k !!!
Well beside the point I got back into the Tourneys after 20 mins and alot of frustration … I came back and Won the Asian Showdown … But the 20k Asian Sunset was not so good because of what ever is going on here … I would like a fair compensation here and NOT just my 20k buy in plus the Ring game Fiasco of 400k+ …

Sorry to beat a Dead Horse but just tryed to play in this Ring Game and when I hit either Open Table or Play Now I get this !!!
A fix just went in for this bug. Please let me know if there are still any issues with seeing your card suits.
There was an issue in which players were getting logged out mid-game. I’m sorry that affected you! A fix went in shortly after and all should be working correctly now. Glad you’re aware of the issue and plan to fix it. Found it frustrating having the rebuy window close on me in under 1 second before I can do anything.
