Adjust that streak tickets are used first automatically pls

I had a 100K streak ticket and won a 100k ticket in a tournament some weeks ago. Last time i wanted to use the nearly expiring streak ticket to play a table. Unfortunately the programme took my tournament ticket which was valid for 2 years without me noticing. I got bubbled on the table and dropped out. Today i figured my tournament ticket is gone and the 100k streak ticket, since it got expired.

I knew that the programme chooses the tournament tickets first but was not taking attention at that time. So to summarize… i lost two 100k tickets for one bubble spot and iam very happy about that :-1: :-1: :-1:

My suggestion would be to change the adjustments so that the streak tickets will be used first by the programme so this stuff doesnt happen. its bit upsetting, if u win something in a long tourney and loose it that way.

I find when you join a tournament intending to use a ticket, you do get a choice before entering as to which ticket to use. Do you not get this option?

Hi grapevine, yes i think i had the option. I choose tickets before.

The point is..i find it very disadvantageous that the programme always initially offers u the tournament tickets u won somewhere by default. u always have to actively change to the streak tickets which expire fast. If u dont pay very close attention u just click use ticket and then its the tournament tickets. what i mean is that the programme shoud not start on the tournament tickets but on the streak ticket.

In my case it happened that i used my tourney ticket and not the streak without me noticing. i wanted to save the tourney ticket for special occation. Now both are gone because the streak ticket which i unfortunatelly didnt use expired the next day. I just noticed today that both tickets are gone.

Hope it become clear what i mean.

I have made the same mistake choosing wrong ticket in a last minute sign up tourney. I do agree it would be much better for all to show the earliest exp ticket first on the list, however as it was , still my mistake.We have a Great support team, Try Contacting viua e-mail support@replay.com and inform them of circumstances and hopefully the idea will be accepted. Be prepared though they may refund tickets and like me you will feel really bad :frowning:

Diplomatic answer to say the least, there’s quite a few things to moan about the programming here but if you make the mistake you gotta own it

Well this area here on the forum is called “suggestions & feedback” so i thought its a good place to put the suggestion here. I dont wanna blame anyone here and i appretiate the work of all the replay staff members. i just want to make a suggestion for improvement by the negative experience i had regarding this issue. And since it also happened to you @Litenin i guess it can happen to others also and there is room for improvement here to prevent more players having this dissapointing experience. As u @Litenin said…i agree the programme shud initially log onto the earliest expiring ticket when entering a tourney with a ticket. That would help a lot. And i repeat …i choose between streaks and tourney tickets before and it still happened to me…unluckily on a 100k ticket.
