i have been playing tournaments to win 2500 chip tickets.
i have accumulated a few tickets.
i was thinking
it would be good if i could use 3 such tickets to play a 7500 chip game. what do you think
I had the same problem on Monday my old streak ticket was still valid but the pull down menu would not show it and I had to burn my new streak ticket (and have my old streak ticket expire unable to be used later that night.) And yes, I contacted support and have not gotten a response as of yet (not sweating that since it still is a holiday week for many).
I couldn’t use it either :-(( it’s a pity
The last 2 weeks i registered first on a (not wanted) MTT for next day. It used the new streak ticket. Then i played my old streak ticket on a SNG. While playing i unregistered on the MTT. The way to do it. Tomorrow i have 2 streak tickets again.
A joke what here goes on.
Lost a streak ticket this week too, I noticed the ticket I want to use shows up most or all?
(waiting to see that) week but never in the last 24hrs when you have two streak tickets.
I just checked and was just presented with my earliest expiring ticket to choose. It is possible this has been fixed.

The following problem: I have two 100K streak tickets in the ‘Bank’ area. One ticket is still valid for 1 hour, the other for 7 days.
Now when I want to register for a suitable tournament, I see a field for selecting the ticket. However, I can only select a predefined ticket there, namely the 7-day ticket. But I want to use the ticket that only has one hour left first.
To solve this problem, I first have to register for a later tournament for which the predefined 7-day ticket is used. Then I register for the tournament I want and the 1-hour ticket is taken. At the end I deregister from the first tournament and get the 7-day ticket back.
That’s a program error, don’t you think?

The tech team is aware of this problem and is working on it. In the meantime your workaround is a good temporary fix. Feel free to contact support with this if you feel it necessary or have further problems (support@replaypoker.com).

Quick update… I just checked and I am now presented with the ticket that expires first. It is possible the problem has been fixed.

I can only use chips to register too. I think the problem is here, not a ticket game. Looks like someone forgot something.

just got a 50k streak ticket. registered for a 50k pko tournament using ticket. while waiting for the mtt to start; iwent to check on other things on site. when i went back i found i was unregistered from the 50k pko mtt and my ticket was gone. site took my ticket away_____ why???
Without knowing all of the details, ie Tourney start time, time you sat/played first hand etc I have no idea. But the best thing to do is contact support@replaypoker.com with as many details you can and request a refund. We have a Great Support team that will look into the matter.
