I won a royal tournament and won chips and tickets.

I received the chips but not the tickets

Can you email support@replaypoker.com quoting the MTT number. If you don’t remember the MTT number click on the arrow by your profile pic in the upper right hand corner, go to ‘Bank’ and then under ‘Bank Transactions’ on the left side click ‘See All’. The list shows the MTT number where you got the chips. Hope this helps.
