I like things that entertain me, inform me, teach me, make me laugh or Think.
so I’ll give you one of each.
Entertain : many game shows, including Match game.
Inform : The recent hearings on Impeachment / news
Teach : Cooking/home improvement shows on PBS
Laugh : Comedy specials
Think : Shows like Nova
There is 1 hedge against allshiemers, watch stuff you have never seen, don’t blindly keep watching the same repeats of the same darn shows. a TV is only a “boob tube” if you allow it to be.

Oh yea, i forgot to put Young Sheldon on my list, I just love that show. But i agree with Sassy_Sarah their are a lot more shows and Movies that i like as well, to many to list.
