Strategy in Monotone Board

I would only talk of the PFR vs BB, PFR vs another caller in really not the same at all

My actual strategy in disconnected board with an high TP like A92 monotone is to cbet 33% range.
Because, the range of BB had a lot of suited hands. So 3/4 of the time if vilain does not had a pair, he would fold even against with this kind of low size. And against flush flopped you lose less money. And when i am value, low sizing allowed to value a bit thinner.

In lower monotone such as like 952 monotone, if i am in the CO i would cbet 50% max with a 2/3 sizing because i dont have the 9 offsuit such as K9 Q9 J9 T9 and offsuit combos count way more than suited.

Is my strategy ok or no?

It’s ok. The 33% size is fine. You don’t get to value bet pairs though, so you shouldn’t be range betting. Normally small size equals range bet, but not on a monotone board. You need 2-pair plus to bet for value, but to you can also bluff all your junk. Everything in between should mostly check.

The reason you can use a bigger size on 952 is because it removes more flushes from BB’s range than it does from yours. I don’t think the heuristic for what to bet changes much - we don’t have 2-pair combos but we do now have over-pairs. We also just naturally have less air combos. QJ/JT/etc that should mostly have been bluffing on A92 now have two overcards to the board.
