Hi Everyone,
We’re very sad to report we experienced some technical difficulties for a couple of hours on August 3, 2023, which made it very hard to play. 
I know how much of a bummer it is not being able to play when you’re ready, and even worse, spending some chips and not getting to use them! Our system has refunded all the tournaments that were affected.
Thank you so much for your patience, and so sorry for the issues that this has caused. If you need anything else in the meantime, please let us know.

support is figure the problem great but techs need to srep up their game.
These GLITZES have been going on for almost 2 years totally unacceptable. If they arn’t up to the job should be replaced,…sorry but you expect players to buy chips whith these glitches going on??
