We just received reports that tables are frozen and our Tech Team confirmed that this is a site-wide outage related to Google Pubsub. The issue started a few minutes ago at about 2:02pm EDT. Since we’re unable to determine when Google Pubsub will be back up, we will be cancelling all stuck tournaments and refunding buy-in entry fees.

The issue is coming from Google Pubsub, third party, so we’re unable give an estimated time it will be fixed. The following is an update directly from Google Cloud Service Health as of 2:09pm EDT:
Our engineers are continuing to mitigate the issue and we have confirmation that the issue is recovered in some locations.
We do not have an ETA on full mitigation at this point.
Just curious – Where/How is Google Pubsub implemented in Replay?
I think that the problem is solved I see tables running again. They’re functioning @chipsmama

Our Tech Team confirmed that tables are running again. You should receive refund of your canceled tournament, and if you don’t see your chips/ticket back in your account after 24 hours, please write to support@replaypoker.com, so we can look into it.
