Hi Everyone!

I just want to let you know that our Team is still working on the performance issues in our site. You’ve heard this a lot, but please accept our apology for the game interruptions. We are refunding tournaments that are affected. The refund usually shows up shortly, but please allow up to 24 hours for the refund to show in your account.

We are hoping to provide an update soon as it gets available.

3 times today I have been folded without touching any thing, what the hell is going on

yep happened to me as well => four people including the blinded all folded without any input. The site simple resumed with the others.Tad annoying!!!

this is beyond rediculous, froze out AGAIN! That’s why there are over 3000 people logged on and only 1300 seated…i’m done for the day

I have had a lot if games frozen, however I can not complain as Replay are refunding and have advised that they are trying to fix this. Frustrating when you are in an MTT and spend a long time but as we are aware of the ongoing issues its on me to choose to play or not. As I am getting the refunds on impacted games then I am happy to continue to support replay and see how it goes over the next week.

ive played many mtt’s today and when it froze it was always only for about 5min

This is the worst freeze I’ve seen so far. All ring games have been completely frozen for 12 minutes and counting.

Time for me to take a break from the site, I think.

I have had problems with the site glitching out & freezing 6 months or more with 4different computers, 3 new ones. Complained many times & they said it was my fault. Did all they suggested even with the new computers & did 5 diff browers nothing worked. Today the whole site is frozed up. We are losing our chips due to the sites malfunction.

Ring games now appear to be unfrozen. The freeze lasted 34 minutes.

Hello, Rodrigo, Replay’s Technical manager here. It’s been another long week for us, working closely with our hosting provider to find a solution for the outages. Unfortunately, we don’t have a fix yet, but we are working with them day and night to fix the faulty messaging system (see my previous post for more information on this). I went through the same thing before but not as much as you before my own techs told me it was most likely a server problem on the providers end. I haven’t played a game since April. Waiting and hoping it’s fixed before the winter games begin.

As a tournament player, here’s what I’m doing…

Log in, collect the daily bonus, deal with messages, check the forum for updates.

I’m avoiding long tournaments like MTTs.

I’m playing small stakes SnGs. When they run well, I enjoy the poker. If it freezes, I get up and go do something else. I play for stakes I can walk away from and not be annoyed.

They see a problem and are working to fix it. I’ll let them do their thing… what else can a fella do?
