Fully frozen again today in a big MTT tournament… please fix, lots of frustration.
as we are reimbursed for each tournament with lag problems and as we can keep the amount won during these tournaments, these little freezes are positive for your bankroll
Site is unplayable, see ya sometime after its fixed, if ever…
I don’t think shutting the site down is a good idea because most players are not reading this forum. If the site is closed temporarily, people seeing it will just stop trying to log in thinking the site just closed down.
Last week, there was an alert notice when I signed in that the site was having Lagging and Freezing problems which should be continued daily until fixed. After it’s fixed another alert notice should be issued for about a week that it’s been corrected.
I would think a number of players are not logging in on a daily basis and the follow-up should help.

I’m completely frozen since about 1:10 PM pacific standard time. I’m guessing this is roughly the 20th to 30th time or so that I’ve seen this. I don’t think I’ve had a day in the last few weeks without running into this at least once, and I think mostly it has been more than once. I’m sure the Replay folks are working hard to try and fix it, but just wanted to add my experience to the ledger.
Freezing all day and trust me no one is working on this round the clock.
Apparently willingly destroying their business by allowing this to go on for weeks.

Thanks for the refunds and good luck in your attempts to fix the problems. No one wants the site fixed more than Replay.
Every time I log in I see it. It lets me know it’s not fixed so I don’t bother playing. I appreciate that.
Sigh… very sad to deal with the constant freezing… glad you are working on it but this is not longer fun
For those who say the site should be shut down until the issue is resolved, this isn’t a good idea. Firstly I’d argue that there is less reputation damage to an intermittent issue vs. an extended period of total unavailability. But more importantly it might be hard for Replay to reproduce the problem outside of production usage. No doubt they have extensive test cases, but these can never capture every scenario that arises in real world use. If the tech team hasn’t been able to reproduce the problem outside of their production environment and still has no idea what the cause is, taking the site offline hinders their investigation significantly.
Imagine shutting down for a week and reopening to find the problem wasn’t solved.
PR guys have nightmares about stuff like that.
Then imagine poor chipsmama having to tell us to clear our caches and restart our computers, again.
Latest update: Site is still freezing! Sure wish they would fix this. If they don’t know how, hire someone that does!
What’s up with all the frozen games lately???
the site freezing during tournaments and games is annoying. i cant even play them, every time i make a bet and put money in it freezes and kicks me out and folds my hand. i have lost so many hands and chips cause of this.
