I have noticed (SEVERAL TIMES) that when there is an allin player and another player bets causing all OTHER players to fold … The betting player’s cards are NOT SHOWN. S/he collects the chips and the next hand is started.
HOWEVER, in the same situation if I bet and all other players fold. MY CARDS ARE SHOWN TO EVERYONE!
There is a known problem about the game visuals jumping/lagging and all the players not seeing the very end of the hand. If you go to the hand replay you should be able to see all cards that were at the showdown. You can even see the cards of the players who lost the hand at showdown and mucked. I do this all the time when I am playing to see what the muckers were holding and/or to see what I missed if anything. Hope this helps.
Peace!
p.s. Do you have the hand numbers where this happened? hitting the replay button is a good way to get the hand number of problem hands if they need to be reported to support.
In that hand, the all-in player is actually sitting out, so their hand gets auto-folded (posting has put them all-in). The hand never gets to showdown, and therefore the winner doesn’t have to show.
Folded hands before showdown are not shown, only hands still live at showdown. Since the hand you posted did not make it to showdown the hole cards of the players are not shown. Seeing the mucked hole cards at showdown is according to Roberts Rules of Poker:
"Any player who has been dealt in may request to see any hand that is eligible to participate in the showdown, even if the hand has been mucked. This option is generally only used when a player suspects collusion or some other sort of cheating by other players."
Here at Replay, being able to see the hole cards of every player that participated in the showdown is accomplished through the mechanism of the hand replay. This is how Replay complies with the rules while keeping the games moving along.
If you have them, please post the hand numbers for these hands. If you do not have those hand numbers, please save them and post them the next time it happens so we can report this to support as it should not be happening.
