Puzzlers and Games

Yes indeed–the problem was with # 6, not # 7. Further evidence of cranial slippage! Sigh.

Oh my gosh! Poki, you surely have a gift. I think you maybe even solved the problem for all the people on the other site (Instagram), and maybe for Maria herself! Thank you. I’ll see what’s going on over there…

By the way, I keep checking for the final definitive answer on last week’s puzzle. Still lots of good answers, no final explanation for which one is preferred. Poki did a great job laying out the options, above.

Number: 987

Brilliant, Poki! I couldn’t figure it out. It takes real thinking outside the box. Well done.

I see now the number 798 can be a right answer too.

6+7+8 = 21

mosh = 126

I keep watching for the “final answer” on the Instagram page where these are posted. Nothing yet, to the frustration of all.

Just an FYI: This is the answer Maria Shriver said was the correct one, although we are learning that she’s sometimes only partially correct.

“Flip the 6 to become 9, re-sequenced numbers to 798 which when divided by 7 is 114”

It doesn’t say anything about using decimals so they can all be divided by 7 :upside_down_face:
