When you click on the question mark button the help search box pops up without the “contact us” button:
It is only after entering a search term and hitting enter does one see the “contact us” button:
I think it would be better if the “contact us” button were always available in the help popup,… better yet, how about a dedicated button at the top of the pages alongside the other buttons (search, friend requests, pm’s, etc)

This must be a recent change because something similar (as in example 2) was provided before. Except I remember you could enter the problem above the Contact box. Now it looks like it’s a three-step process which doesn’t seem to be an improvement.
Agree a contact us button should be easily accessed with one key or click. I assume it is set as it is, to promote users to type in questions of their issue for answer, alleviating a lot of unneeded contacts.
Should be an easy fix if Replay agrees
Hi Everyone,
A lot of our users are unaware of our Knowledge Base, so typing in a topic or question prior to the Contact Us button appearing will somehow promote our Help articles. We’re always happy to help, and the Contact Us button will appear immediately as soon as you type any character and hit enter on your keyboard.
