Shout out to another warrior @Floppasaurus the current leader in League of Legends and to @_Rain sitting in 6th in both the High Roller Challange and League of Legends
KILLA BEES SWARM
You know why I love being a part of this league? Tuesday night during the RPOS break and 32 warriors come out to play some no holds barred poker. Omaha Hi Lo is such a dynamic and fun game just navigating to the final table is major feat. Odin threw an organizer a bone and some well timed cards as @southwestmba took the top spot, @jryoungman showed tremendous patience and skills to pick his spots and surge to 2nd, @cornfield1128 played a very tactical and aggressive game just watching her and @dreamer2023 go after it was a masterclass in aggressive play and counter aggressive plays as they finished 3rd and 4th respectively, and @XXC63 was solid and sneaky with his plays to take the 5th spot. Tonight was a heck of a game, not because of the results but because all the lessons my fellow warriors taught me all night.
Since I was a Omaha hi low semi donk, fish that went semi deep, I kept fellow players informed about legends like RyRobe, Guru, RCW that was at my RPOS #6, table, and ran errands, checked leaderboard, etc, for other players, semi kept others informed, etc, about big time hands, players busting out, occasionally. And then I went on to win the RPOS #6. Congratz to the winner Southwestmba, and the other final 4,5, final tablers, that learning from, good luck for them, me, and thanks Southwest, Rain for encouraging, saying that I could beat players like RCW, and avoid, outlast players like fellow Nordic Warrior Guru, and legendary RyRobe. It was a honor to Represent Nordic Warriors well, in the RPOS #6 or at least I hope I represented Nordic Warriors well, in the RPOS #6. It’s so awesome to play with, against such awesome, good players in both Nordic Warriors, Dreamweavers, RPOS, etc, that help me to improve as a player. Thanks for playing, etc. Thanks Rain, Southwest, everybody that makes this league. Congratz to the winners, and Congratz to ya all on such a awesome league.
Congratulations!
I remember last year how RyRyRobe was wanting that third RPOS win.
It meant a lot to him, and we battled late into the RPOS event.
Even with that legendary status, he fell short and knew he was beaten.
The result was that Excaliburns was the Player of the Week during RPOS XI.
I hope you’re thinking three RPOS victories too Asuronetorius.
That’s where all the glory is, and I believe you have a better shot than RyRyRobe did last year.
Especially, if Snowman and Younguru have a lackluster RPOS, you chance of winning
two more increase.
So, don’t settle for that one win.
Keep your foot on the peddle throughout RPOS XII.
If you do, you may even have an opportunity to win 4 which would be epic!
Do it before Younguru or Snowman who are the actual favorites to get it done.
Great to finally see the Nordic Warriors making an impact on RPOS XII.
Congratulations and you have represented the Nordic Warriors well.
It is important we all do, to our best of our ability.
The recent growth of talent in this league has been jaw dropping.
Winning RPOS #6 was no easy task whatsoever.
Look down that player list Asuronetorius!
You beat them all!
Your ascension is now documented.
Rain was correct in his observations!
High praise indeed!
Every person in this league is capable of beating the best on any given night.
We have only to summon our courage!
Congrats @Asuronetorius keep rising!
Thanks Excaliburns. I will sure try. It will be extremely hard to do, because of the extremely good players, variance, bad beats, and lack of volume(I’m not sure how many I can play, don’t know how many there are, and already missed a couple, few, of the earlier ones, due to legit reasons.)
In RPOS #1, I got bad beat out on the bubble, with my QQ getting bad beat out by 99 Sassy Sarah, who is a fine player(not complaining), then in the 2nd RPOS event I played(dont remember which one it was), I was at a ultimate tight passive table, tournament, and bluffed 23+ times successfully, semi bluffed a lot successfully, Cbet a semi lot, only got caught 1,2 times for very small losses, etc, but despite that, most to almost all the pots I either won with a legit hand or bluffed, etc, were very small pots, to small pots, to mid pots, and most to almost all tournament long, I couldnt get anything going, and because of that was very short stacked very late, close to tournament bubble, because almost everybody avoided me like the plague, as if I was a Phil Ivey, and I either lost a coinflip, bubbled out, or trainwrecked bubbled out, or got semi bad beat bubbled out, in the 2nd RPOS I played. The RPOS #6, was the 3rd RPOS I played, and I finally won a RPOS.
Doubt I will win, final 2, 2,3,4,5 RPOS tournaments, etc, considering the bad luck, variance, that balances out my good luck, and considering the good players in the field, etc. If they had a couple, few, some more of the RPOS tournaments, I would probably overcome those things, so if not this year, then maybe next year, etc. The reason probably why only a few RPOS, is so that lesser players could have hope of getting lucky and running extremely good, and winning whole thing, instead of good players like RyRobe, etc. When a good player like RyRobe wins, yes its their skill, but they are getting lucky to not get beat by a lesser player that just getting lucky, etc.
So I will sure try, that’s all I can do. Thanks for what you said Excaliburn.
Finding a pathway to victory is a skill in itself.
We were graced with snowman who maximized his chances of winning.
RyRyRobe found a pathway twice and was so close, just beyond the trees for the third
by the end of RPOS XI.
I could see him from the other side desperately trying to find his way.
He was that close.
It was a legendary attempt to catch Excaliburns, who found the path to victory 3 times
by the end of the League of Legends 9 TH game!!
Think about that accomplishment today when we play that 9 TH game.
Snowman had his unbeatable determination on full display for an entire quarter.
A champions determination.
Having that determination in hand Asuronetorius, is like having a chainsaw in hand, creating
one’s own unique path through the trees to victory.

WARRIORS!!!
man, that one stung a bit. was probably the most focused i’ve been at the table recently. the final 3 IMO were playing a level above the rest of the field and it was always going to be a close call how those spots worked out. still, getting it in so good against Manu (I was shocked to see his holding when he called my pf shove) only to split and be stuck as the short stack was a tough pill to swallow.
reset, rinse, repeat! no crying in poker!
thank you Michael for all the encouragement and support, I did my best to represent the league and was buoyed by the presence of my fellow Warriors. we try again later today…
Two excellent leagues represented! both WILDHORSES and Nordic Warriors with players showing we are fantastic leagues!!
