I was just refunded over 20,000 chips in tournaments i lost over the past 24 hours. I dont understand why, they said there was an issue with all the tournaments.
Can anyone help me?

We automatically refunded tournaments that were impacted by the downtime we had the other day. Our hosting provider had what is, technically speaking, “a pretty bad hiccup,” and the fallout was a lot of folks that couldn’t play with the chips they had bet. We’re pretty sure that’s lame, so if you were part of an impacted tournament, those chips should have made their way back. =)
