How can I obtain the Monthly Endorsement Award/ Endorsement monthly drop?
I saw this income in the “play chips” section.

You receive it automatically once per month. For me it’s usually on the 15th of each month, don’t know if that date is the same for everybody or not. Check your Transactions and you should see it listed there.

Is there a 6th or higher level? If not, do endorsements received when you are a 5 mean anything?

Poki65 and BeerEagle69 already answered your question here. I just want to add that the endorsement monthly drop usually happens on the 15th of the month. The amount of chips you receive depends on your endorsement rank.

The highest level for endorsement is rank 5. Players in this level receive the highest amounts during the monthly endorsement drop. As long as you don’t receive any moderation in your account, and you’re still regularly receiving endorsements, you will maintain rank 5.
We have what we call endorsement decay when players become inactive and they don’t receive endorsements the way they used to which can result in lower rank and lower monthly chip drops.
