This happens to me more than I can count. I’ve done pretty well on this site, seeing that I started with 2,500 chips and grew it this far, but I think I have won more in the tournaments than in table play. I thought I’d play a higher table, which I don’t too often. So this happens: Log In · Get into our Poker Games - Replay Poker

I mean, this is just one of so many 1 outers that I’ve lost too. I can’t tell you how often this happens to me on the losing end, yet I may get 1 or 2 in a year or more. It’s getting very discouraging to keep playing on here. It just doesn’t seem random to me.

Bring em in with lots of winning, after they are hooked, strip their stack, in hope of them buying chips. Come on man, it’s good business sense. :slight_smile:

There is a reason I see this opinion over and over again from experienced players. I wonder what it is? Oh yah, VARIANCE! Except I doubt anyone on this server has seen more online flops than I have. So the Variance explanation only makes me chuckle.
