My friend and I played on school on different days and not with each other on school, now when we both wanna join a tournament/table/multi-table/ and we can’t because it says we play from the same IP while we are both at home playing on different IP’s
Hi Threw. Sorry for the issues! Usually your IP address refreshes each time you log in, but it sounds like something is going on here that’s keeping it from refreshing to the new address.
The first thing you can both try to do once you’re home is to log out of and log back into the site, as it should force a refresh of the latest IP you have logged in from. You can also try clearing your browser cache & cookies and then restarting your browser and/or computer to see if that helps. You can find detailed instructions on how to clear your cache here.

Yep! I know sometimes it can seem like we’re just giving that answer for everything, but it really does fix a lot of different issues!
