I’ve been playing on Replay for a little while now and have encountered something I have never seen. Trying to register for a Harvest promotion sng and getting told I can not because someone with same IP address is already registered. Seeking advice. I have already played in several of these…2 today even. Appreciate any help. Thanks

Glad to hear
That happened to me a couple of times. It’s a known glitch. Technicians probably know how to resolve it if you let them know via support@replaypoker.com–or give it “tincture of time.” It comes around on its own eventually.
Hi @bobbymac4435,
I’m glad it’s working fine now. It is a glitch for some accounts, and it gets resolved as soon as 10 players register for the multi table tournaments. Our Team already deployed a fix, and should be automatic for most, but depending on players’ browser or device, players sometimes have to do one or combination of the following to force an auto-update of the fix we implemented.
- Refresh your page.
- Log out and log back in to Replay.
- Reboot/restart your device.
The above steps should get you back on the tables, if not, we recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps.
- Clear your browser’s cache.
- Use another browser.
- Update your browser.
If you encounter this again and the above troubleshooting doesn’t help, please write to us at support@replaypoker.com and we’d be happy to assist.
