I was playing a quick play game and when I left the game I had over 8,000 in chips. why aren’t they showing?

Hi Barbara.

It is possible it not shown at your chips amount in the header immediately, you can refresh the page or check your bank amount on your bank page (click on the button “Get Chips” in the header.

Also you can check your ring game history.

Click on your nick name in the header, click on “Activity” in the menu, there your ring game history shows per table.

If you have doubts about your bank amount please send an eamil with the info (date, table name and the time you left the table, shows in Activity) to support@replaypoker.com. There they can check it for you and send you the logs or resolve it for you.
