I recently send out an invite to a friend. He accepted and joined replaypoker.com. But neither him nor I received the said chips bonus.

Are you on each other’s friend’s list? If not have the person you invited send you a friend request from his profile page or you vice versa, That’s what happened to my GF and I when I got her to make an account to play with an invite from me and it corrected our chip stacks to include the bonuses

(edit)slight /off-topic: We also found out that we can’t play from the same router in the same house at the same time from our laptops.The game has ‘recognized’ us “as the same person” =(

  1. Your friend has not activated their account yet. They must complete this step in addition to signing up for the site.

  2. Your friend signed up for their account from the same location as you. This means that their account would share an IP address with yours, and we do not allow referrals from the same household. This is done in order to prevent people from creating multiple accounts and trying to game the system.

  3. Your friend did not sign up using the referral link found on your Invite page.

When this happens, you can contact us using the button below. Please include the username of the friend you referred and we’ll be happy to take a look. "

Understandable for our situation, she doesn’t play quite as much as I do so we just trade off when she feels the urge to play now.

theFAOboss - drop the community team a message using the (?) button at the top of the main website, that way they can investigate exactly what it wasn’t awarded. As AnimylMav suggested it’s probably because we detected you and your friend share the same household.
